Speech Matters, LLC is a provider for the following health insurance plans:
- We are not Mass Health providers.
- Other insurance companies may provide out-of- network benefits/reimbursement for speech-language therapy services. Please call the Member Services number on your insurance card to determine your benefits.
Prior to your appointment, please call the Member Services Department (phone number can be found on the back of your insurance card) to inquire about eligibility and benefits for outpatient speech therapy services.
Each plan is different and services may be subject to a deductible, co-insurance or co-payment which is due at the time of treatment. Speech Matters, LLC accepts cash, check and PayPal.
Please note that network participation does not guarantee coverage of services. Some insurance plans do not cover speech-language therapy services unless they are deemed “medically necessary.” Contact your insurance company to inquire about restrictions and exclusions that may apply to your plan. For your convenience, here is a helpful list of questions to ask your health insurance company about eligibility.
Please notify us of any changes in your health insurance plan, as prior authorization may be required prior to rendering services. If we are not notified prior to billing and services are denied by insurance, you will be responsible for payment of denied claims.
Speech Matters, LLC provides private pay rates. Please inquire directly with Speech Matters for fee schedules. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check and PayPal.
